At Balliater, we create designer furniture that is crafted especially for you. That’s why delivery times may vary depending on the product. Below is an overview of what you can expect.
Samples
Would you like to view materials or colours first? You can easily request material samples via our online shop.
• Delivery time: approx. 3 working days
• Dispatched via standard letterbox parcel service (€5.70)
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with track & trace
Bespoke tables and cabinets
Most Balliater furniture is produced especially for you. Once you’ve configured your furniture in the configurator, we’ll start the production process.
• Production time: approx. 8–10 weeks
• Production takes place to order
• Every piece of furniture is carefully crafted and inspected
After placing your order:
1. Once you’ve configured your order and made payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation with an estimated delivery time.
2. We’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the production process.
3. As soon as your furniture is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
